Complaints & Feedback
Your feedback matters. If you are unhappy with a service or have a concern about how your matter is being handled, please tell Richard so the issue can be considered and addressed.
If your matter is time-sensitive, please contact Richard directly by phone as well as in writing. Do not rely on a website form or email alone to protect a transaction deadline.
How to raise a concern
- Contact Richard and explain the issue, including the matter or transaction involved.
- Tell us what outcome or resolution you are seeking, if you have one in mind.
- Where appropriate, provide the relevant correspondence or other information needed to understand the concern.
How we will handle it
We will consider the concern fairly and professionally, keep a record of the complaint and communicate with you about the steps being taken. Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, you may have access to external complaint, regulatory or dispute-resolution options depending on the circumstances.
